Lee follows up on all of the minor details and gives me options to deal with maintenance myself or he sorts it out for me and arranges this very well at competitive prices. One of the great advantages of having Harcourts look after everything for me is not having to worry about all of the recent changes.

I like Harcourts Rentals due to your muscle. You guys are larger, and seem to have more definition around who's responsible for what. For me that’s the advantage for a client - i.e. having enough strength in the office to get issues dealt with quickly, even when people are away or changing roles and remaining calm but organised in the face of the onslaught and seasonal fluctuations is a real skill, I know.
