I like Harcourts Rentals due to your muscle. You guys are larger, and seem to have more definition around who's responsible for what. For me that’s the advantage for a client - i.e. having enough strength in the office to get issues dealt with quickly, even when people are away or changing roles and remaining calm but organised in the face of the onslaught and seasonal fluctuations is a real skill, I know.
