I could not fault Kim or the service that she has always provided us. Right from the start she has always had our best interest at heart, that’s something I personally really appreciate. Kim is always approachable and happy to offer advice, she always gets back to my calls and emails and follows up all issues in a prompt manner. We are more than happy to continue using Kim into the future.
