Kim is a strong woman and helped me with a difficult job in removing a very bad tenant whom I inherited when I bought the property. She worked tirelessly on my behalf through the tribunal process and then arranged the clean-up of the property and re rented it to a Harcourts tenant who is great. I couldn’t have done it without her. She is always very efficient and professional.
