Non-urgent Maintenance Request

If you have a non-urgent maintenance request, then please email your Property Manager here

VACATE your rental property

You can give notice to VACATE your rental property (under relevant circumstances) by emailing official notice here. Please include your name, address and final day of tenancy.

If you have an URGENT repair, please call our office on 07 378 1110 - if it is outside of office hours you will be transferred to a duty agent.
Please note a call out fee my apply if you have lost or locked your keys inside a property.
