Business owners Lee and Helen travelled to Australia to attend the 2025/2026 Harcourts International Awards.

Harcourts has recently introduced NPS and CSAT surveys for property management. These surveys are independent and provide an additional way for clients to express their satisfaction with our service.

NPS measures loyalty and satisfaction by asking how likely you are to recommend us to someone else.

CSAT measures satisfaction with a specific interaction. That might be when your property has been let, when maintenance was organised, an inspection completed or when a tenancy has been finalised.

As a result of these surveys, it is incredibly special for our landlords and tenants to have rated us number two in the World and number one in New Zealand!
